It was a great location and a comfortable place to stay

The property was so well done with some great little touches for our son and dog! It was like a home away from home and perfect for our long weekend in Leeds to do the marathon. If we’re ever back in the area, we will 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

We’ve stayed at several different properties in the Roundhay and Chapel Allerton areas over the years, and this apartment has to be one of the very best we’ve enjoyed. The owners have put a lot of thought into the layout, decor, facilities and furnishings. In particular, the bedrooms and bathrooms have a boutique hotel quality. The location is perfect with local shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again on future trips.

That we didn’t stay longer!

Perfect location in a quiet street, very close to good restaurants and supermarket. Off the road parking with an EV charger which was a huge bonus having travelled from Buckinghamshire. Beautifully furnished and cleverly designed kitchen /sitting room, and two very spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms.

2nd bedroom would benefit from thicker and wider curtains that would block out the strong street light at night. Central heating needs adjusting to evening and early morning in winter months - but these were minor irritations in a superb comprehensively equipped apartment.

Loved the location and the facilities. Extra touches like basket of dog bits was very thoughtful. Had everything you needed.

Lack of soundproofing - the upstairs guests were noisy

Lots of luxurious touches and spacious bedrooms. Lovely location with amenities and Roundhay park on the door step.
