There was no welcome pack ie milk etc on arrival which is unusual for a luxury airB&B & we were unable to have a cuppa as no milk

The complete faff of trying to complete booking: sending ID, signing paperwork and trying to sort out parking. Honestly it was frustrating The bed wasn’t that comfortable

The location was good, a few minutes walk to the city centre. The area is residential, loads of modern apartments close by. Great view of the canal. The apartment was spacious for two people, which allowed privacy. The facilities were modern. The property felt secure, easy access and key box for safety of the key each time you pop out

The property though neat was not clean, there was cobweb in every corner and dust. The utensils were dirty. They had grease on some trays and unclean tray in the oven. I disliked the hot water system, the hot water was on timer and the water was never hot enough in the shower, though there is a way to boost the hot water, it doesn't heat up fully. The shower room though lovely gets wet due to the lack of a door on the shower, this is the design of it. The beds are not comfortable and the bedding had an off putting scent, didn't seem freshly washed. The TV in the second bedroom and living room doesn't connect to Netflix and normal stations didn't work however the living room TV does connect to YouTube. The carpet needs a good deep clean I got use to it after a few days but initially I was disappointed. If you are staying for more than 2 days bring your own toiletries and kitchen supplies, we did so that wasn't an issue for us.

It was very dirty. Hadn’t been cleaned properly. Very dusty on light shades. Carpets very stained. No welcome pack, very manky dishcloth left

Needed a code to get the keys, which was fine but there was a homeless gentleman under the stairs so felt slightly unsafe and a weed smoking woman in the doorway. Didn’t know there was a lift so climbed four flights with suitcases. Place was dirty, windows filthy WiFi didn’t work. Had to contact the company, who sent some out the next day but still marks on the walls, floor and bathroom. Customer service ignored once they had my money and were happy to over charge me for a property that was clearly dirty. Items should be removed once damaged, not left for the next customers.

I loved the decor, the view, the convenience of how close it was to the arena. Short stroll to city centre. Very detailed information on how to work the appliances in the apartment, nice touch on the emails. Excellent communication, always someone to contact, we had issues with the front door and this was communicated promptly. Even gave me a follow up email. Met the cleaners and thanked them for the wonderful job they do on keeping the apartment spotless. Only downside was the bed was too soft for me. Otherwise fantastic stay, will be back.

The apartment was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and high-quality fittings. I love the large floor to ceiling windows-provide an amazing view to the canal and the city. Self check-in was smooth and hassle-free.

To access the lift, you first have to take the stairs to the first floor, which can be a bit inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.
