Fabulous family house (we had 3 families), with plenty of room for all. Parents and children had their own space. Great facilities for cooking and eating together - the games room was an added bonus. Right opposite the beach was fab for a family morning swim - great fun!

White towels are not great with 5 children under 8.

Lovely house, perfect setting. Close to the bus stops, lovely, outdoor seating area to enjoy the sunshine, sea views. The house is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Large rooms. Would highly recommend. Emma was very helpful throughout.

We used the property for the night before travel, the location was a short walk to some pubs and a few restaurants. Great location for the tunnel, free parking on the road outside. The host was pleasant and helpful.

Grumpy neighbour

The location of this property was amazing. Everyone loved being able to step out the front door and have the beach immediately opposite and to fall asleep hearing the sounds of the waves. The house was spacious with good sized bedrooms for everybody and a table big enough for us all to sit around. The kids appreciated the bowl of snacks left on the table when we arrived and loved the pool table and games upstairs. Showers/bathrooms were also a great size and lovely to use. Emma provided clear information in good time about checking into the property and instructions for the stay.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. If we were being picky, we would say that a bottle of milk left in the fridge and maybe some butter would have been useful. Most booking.com properties we have stayed at have provided basics- bread, milk, butter and often more, with bacon, eggs etc. We also found the dishwasher rather small for 12 place settings, mugs, glasses, cutlery etc, but we were only staying a short time so this wasn't too much of a problem.

A truly stunning house which is decorated beautifully throughout, has all of the amenities you could possibly need and the views are incredible!

The kitchen was amazing and the views spectacular. Location for the channel tunnel was ideal too.

The heating was not great at the top of the house and knowing that a baby was arriving it would have been great not to have had to go around and adjust the heating late in the evening as it took a long time for the place to warm up.
