So easy to locate and enter the property. Wow! What a special place to stay, so much space and the house is of amazing quality. We felt relaxed and perfectly situated to enjoy the Kent coast. I can’t wait to come again. Thank you for hosting us x

Absolutely stunning house in a brilliant location right on the seafront at Sandgate. The house has everything you could want or need for a large family group (as we were) or multiple families with free parking on the road right opposite the house. Inside the house is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and all the equipment you could need (dishwasher, washing machine, large double fridge freezer and an extra small freezer, loads of crockery - inc plastic for the kids! TV in most bedrooms, lots of USB ports). All the bedrooms are bright, airy and really good size (with at least one en-suite); topped off with the most incredible family bathroom! All in all an amazing place to stay!

Exceptionally clean, spacious, very modernised and games room was a welcome break for the children. Close to seafront shops, supermarkets and local attractions e.g Port Lympne Safari. Emma (owner) was fantastic with communication and ensuring we were happy with our stay.

Lovely property in a great location. The property is a very good size and has everything you need with the added bonus of the games room! Everywhere was clean and presented to a good standard, felt really at home. Emma was really helpful with our last minute booking. Would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.
