Breakfast was missing some items at 7 am

My room did not look like it was clean. It wasn’t swept stuff all over the floor, there is a pool towel left on the shower curtain rod from previous tenant, the mirror in the hallway was smeared was something and not clean, the refrigerator had leftover drinks and it was not looked at, The only thing was the beds look like they have been made, but I’m not sure the sheets were clean

Fan in bathroom did not work. We asked for items to be delivered to the room but we had the do not disturb sign on the door & the hotel employee still came into the room. We just expected it to be left outside the door No bananas at the buffet two mornings

The value of the room. The breakfast, when they had it in stock.

The staff was horrible. When there was a problem did not try to fix it, and the manager didn't even care.

It was new and clean.

I have arrived at the hotel early and wanted to inform the staff that I would not be able to come back until much later to check in, and I did not want my room to get reserved by someone else. She said she could not check me. I understood this because I was there at 12:30 PM. However, she would not even check to see if our room was available or even take my name. She was standing there and appeared to be doing nothing, meanwhile telling me she was busy doing three other jobs. Let’s not forget this was all said in a very unprofessional manner. She adamantly refused to help me.. When I later went back to check in, then employee at the counter made a comment, said that I already checked in. I told her that can’t be because the employee earlier would not even take my name . She gave me my room key and when I opened the door to my room, there was already luggage in the room. Furthermore, it wasn’t the room I had booked. I had to go back down and wait for an attendant to come to the desk, which took some time. The new room I was assigned to had a pullout couch which we needed to use. However, the room did not have additional bedding for the couch. I had to wait again for an attendant to come to the desk and just to be told they did not have any bedding. I ended up finding a cart outside a room and “stole” bedding to make up my son’s bed for the pullout couch. Staff was still cleaning rooms for guests awaiting check in at 8 PM

The room was nice. Comfortable. Spent 3 nights. Staff was very nice. Would try them again.

First night we called the desk because the room above us was so noisy. We called at 9. The kids stopped jumping off the bed and running the length of the room about 10:30 p.m.. next night was about 9:30. Next morning they were up making noise at 6a.m. disrespectful to others in the rooms around them. Needed more luggage carts. We went and bought toilet paper because yours was so cheap it took more to wipe with.

The hotel is very pretty and in a good location

The first room we checked into was not cleaned they moved us to a second room which was cleaned but could have been cleaned a lot better there were some paper garbage items found one under the bed one on the bathroom floor but the toilet had been clean on the bed sheets were clean. It's a very nice hotel only a year old but I do think that the housekeeping could use a little upgrade on their cleaning skills if I'm being honest.

The staff was great, friendly. The facility was CLEAN. The room was great, lots of amenities.

Beds are way to soft. All 4 of us felt a slightly firmer mattress would be beneficial.
