Hotel Serviced Apartments Top One Infinity Pool with View of 360 Degree

The view from the infinity pool was the only thing any good about this hotel

So many things. Travelling in a group of 8. Placed in rooms on different levels. Only provided x1 key for each room initially and could not stop at other floors so if you wanted to meet someone from other rooms had to go down to lobby. Took about 10 trips to reception to reach a minor compromise and getting extra keys, for a cost and demanding they active so could go to other floors but that was after threat of leaving and requesting refund. Did request we all get moved to same floor but staff not interested. No restaurant or bar was open. Not informed of this at time of booking. Mould in bathroom and leak from floor above. 4 people in room, supplied 1 fork, 1 set of chopsticks, 2 bottles of water and initially 2 towels. Requested more towels for pool - apparently worth more than gold. Requested password for wifi, given wrong one multiple times. Not until technician checked got right one. After going to roof required to walk up 5 flights of stairs to get to pool. Difficult for elderly. If travelling alone or as couple maybe OK but not for a group. Basically this is an AIRBNB concept rather than hotel and should not be advertised as such. Nothing was easy to fix and got different responses from different staff. Good pub across road though

Not very friendly and rooms not great

I liked the balcony and washing machine I liked the free cinema movies on tv and the general feel of the apartment

The extremely HARD mattress we asked for better mattress got another room well bed was just the same hard springs so we flipped the mattress which I don't think had ever been done very dirty under mattresses and then next day we asked for a mattress topper well it was a doona so at least that was a bit better also the aircon remote worked intermittently also the apartment name is M Residence not the huge long title that they have on booking com awfully confusing and asking for a review on cleaning before U have left with rewards bonus how stupid I didn't complete it as apartment was dirty shower had mould and they left a dirty sponge in kitchen area a massive deep clean of all rooms is needed and NEW mattresses are required in all rooms
