Hotel Serviced Apartments Top One Infinity Pool with View of 360 Degree

HOUSE OF HORROR .Booked 1 month in advance 36m2 with view got 16 m2 MAX with wall view , arrived 8pm and wait 1.5h until some of hotel staff check out from room and they clean .. in room aircon was leaking water right on bed pillow , reception send the maintenance guy who told me to leave aircon on 17C and not more or will leak again!!???SHOULD LEAVE BUT I WAS SO TIRED FROM LONG TRIP...Next morning 8am knock on door wake me up, I open and ask what they want , answer was I dont speak english and start peaking in room if I am alone???!!!Balcony was DIRTY was not cleaned for weeks ... State of room is JOKE , everything broken , like animals living there ...1 knife and fork in kitchen and thats it ... SCAM

Good air conditioning, daily room cleaning, good facilities

Rooftop pool wasn't the cleanest and no areas of shade. We had a leaking sink which wasn't fixed and only 1 plate and set of cutlery for a room with a kitchenette for 2

Have two bottles of shower gel but not have shampoo

Location wise, good value for money. Groceries, restaurants are near by.

Their POS machines do not work, so no matter what the amount of payment, you have to pay in cash. Some staff at the reception are not very friendly.

Loved the roof top pool and location

The beds are extremely uncomfy feels like a sofa bed, you’ll be sleeping on springs… staff are also rude on reception most of time sat on their phones nudging Each-other to alert them that someone is waiting. We asked to use the phone on reception as our sims we have in our phone are data only the lady said we couldn’t use the phone- bad attitude for a receptionist (probs because she couldn’t bare to be off her phone for a few moments). Then the drain in our sink started to smell we alerted reception were told they would send maintenance up but they never did.
