Hotel Serviced Apartments Top One Infinity Pool with View of 360 Degree

The location was good. The pricing was not bad, but the conditions were very misleading. The pool was huge and beautiful (so that area had a lot of potential), but by the end of our stay, it was clearly dirty.

Pretty much everything. We stayed for a week and had different problems on the first 3 days. First of all, the restaurant/lounge area that appears in the photos here is permanently closed (this was one of the reasons we booked this place since we were doing remote work and we thought it would be possible to work from there). On the first day that we arrived, they gave us the wrong room. When we entered that room we noticed some hairs on the floor. Then, a few hours later when they asked us to change to the correct one, they asked if we had used the beds (indicating that they would only "clean" it if we had). This was the first tell of problems with cleaning. Besides, we made a reservation for 2 people and the room was only prepared to receive a person (toiletries and everything for 1 - we asked for more and they gave us). The toilet was dirty on the lid (yellow pee stains) and the kitchen utensils that we asked for also came dirty with something that looked like tomato sauce... On the second day at the end of the day, there was no water in the building for 2 hours (they said they were doing some kind of maintenance). Then on the third day, the power was off during the afternoon 2 times (meaning no AC, electricity and internet). When we complained about that they said it was random power cuts by the government. The whole communication with reception was very frustrating. By the third day, we were pretty unsatisfied with the whole experience and when we tried to cancel our reservation for the remaining days and suggested we only pay the ones we had already stayed they rejected and showed no flexibility or desire to compensate in any way. We ended up staying for the whole week and going to work outside. As I said before, the pool was good but by the end of our stay it was not very clean anymore (we're not sure what it was, but it looked like some sort of "yellow mold" / fungi on the stairs inside the pool - it was a lot).

The infinity swimming pool and the views were amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment requires a deep cleaning.

It was the best combination of everything you need when traveling. A fridge, washing machine, stove, hot water with good pressure, a large bed, a well-climated room, a balcony with a stunning view, a rooftop-sized pool, a gym, free scooter parking, and a great location. The room was quiet and clean. Shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. It was private enough, and the management had a great attitude. Really loved it!

If there’s anything to improve, maybe add a place to dry laundry—like some racks on the balcony where you can hang clothes on hangers. Of course, you can also hang the hangers on the air conditioner, but some thin rods between the air conditioner unit to hang hangers on, or something similar, would do good. And it would be useful to have a QR code on the washing machine linking to an English user manual—just in case. 😏 This is not what i didn’t like, but rather something to improve.

When I entered the room I smelled mold . The mattress was firm as I like it but the springs were sticking out. Maybe this problem is only in room 1618 so don't be disappointed. I stayed only two days and did not ask to change the room.
