Spacious house with small, shaded garden. Quiet location but good for both town and country visits. Lovely to have a separate dining room. Shower room downstairs was very small. Upstairs bathrooms had showers over the bath only - good water pressure though. Large kitchen did not have enough crockery and cutlery so we had to use the dishwasher frequently. Could do with some more. And finally, when we arrived the rubbish and recycling bins outside were full. No instructions on which day to put them out.

Quiet location but relatively close to town. Easy parking for 3, nice rooms with lots of facilities

One of the showers needed a really good scrub and the kitchen floor was tacky underfoot.rules suggested we do cleaning on departure yet want us out on time but any cleaning is time consuming so easy clean products be helpful e.g. floor wipes to eliminate need to use mop and bucket. An empty hoover also easier if you cannot easily work out how to empty it...or where general rubbish goes. Lounge needed a low smaller light

Lovely spotlessly clean house in a really good location for short walk to the centre and the racecourse. Very quiet.

There was nothing to dislike about the property or location.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is fantastic and the beds are very, very comfortable. Easy to find and easy to access. Was lovely and warm and had everything we needed for a short stay. We sadly didn't spend a lot of time in the house as we were with family, but the lounge had loads of seating and also very comfortable. Didn't realise there was a downstairs bathroom until the day we left as we thought it was a cupboard. In checking the listing, I realise it was advertised as 3 bathrooms, but this didn't make any difference to our stay. Thank you!

Large and well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge with three sofas, ideal for large groups. Bedrooms were comfortable. We were all very happy with our stay.

Another chair in bedroom 4 would be nice as only a small stool in the room.

Everything was perfect, great value for money, easy access, clean and tidy and ideal location for racing and town

Excellent property. Really spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. Very well equipped and good bathrooms. Great parking. Really peaceful location but also very easy to access town. Walking distance to a small supermarket.
