Roomy Well positioned in area Clean

Welcoming and clean on arrival. Excellent kitchen facilities.

Garden needs some TLC. Grass needed cutting and areas needed weeding. Needs more comfy garden furniture.

High water pressure for shower. Comfy bed. Good location. The whole house was well-kept. Great size for a group of 8 people.

Plenty of space

A little short on crockery etc. There were 8 of us staying and only 8 plates, Glasses etc.

Lovely home with 4 bedrooms to easily accommodate our group. Good facilities with an attractive outdoor space. A very pleasant stay. House in a quiet cul de sac.

It was OK, a bit rough round the edges

The house is large enough to have some space to spread out, with almost everything you need. A few minor items in terms of matching the number of people to the items in the house did not take away from the good experience we had while we stayed at the house. The whole house was sparkling clean. Snug shower downstairs is better suited to children.

The tone of the rules pasted all over the house makes it sound like a 1950's boarding school for children, not allowing a barbeque with a large garden area and expecting the guests to do a full house clean before leaving, even with a cleaning fee added to the booking, was the only thing that is strange in a beautiful home.
