Great location for walking to neighborhood restaurants. Comfortable bed

The decor was basic and not in keeping with charm of the room. Supplied toiletries and coffee were lacking.

"Not happy that they refused to compensate us for not having water to shower for 36 hours!"

First, there was no shower available for over 36 hours. Hot water was on and off. First night, no hot water, and no shower availabe since shower head neeed replacement--it fell out of wall. It took until 4 pm on our second day to be able to shower/wash properly.

AC unit spewed black sticky stuff on bed cover. Hard to remove. Too many rugs that did not seem very clean.

Access to laundry, cleanliness and historic nature. Super quiet.

No table to eat at. Stool in kitchen was unstable.

"Awesome stay at the 302 Madison"

The location is fantastic, in the historical King William neighborhood, short distance to great restaurants and shops, not too far from the Riverwalk. The staff was great and friendly, Kevin did a fantastic job checking in us into the apartment. Also provided us with an early check in and late check out options. Just wonderful customer service! Great experience, good value for the money, well definitely come back!

The parking is a bit tricky given that it is first come first serve on the street. Some times we had to park a bit far from the apartment building.

- old bulding and old windows ( draft was coming through) - noisy ( noises from outside and from the apartment beside, heard everything….) - small bathroom
