The location is not bad and reasonably convenient.

More detailed instructions in advance on how to enter the code when checking in would be helpful. Although I booked a double-room, the bed was too small for two guests.

The bed was comfortable.

The window is clearly broken and does not open. Therefore it's way too warm in the room. I clearly explained the problem but the acted as if I couldn't open a window. Also everything smelled like mold. The curtain was mouldy. An obvious sing that the window has not been opened since along time. Hence, also my frustration at them acting as if the window would normally open. Also do not consider the parking spots behind as accessible unless you drive a fiat 500.

Impossible to enter the property as wrong Entry code provided to property, then another guest helped me enter and the code for room was also wrong so unable to access room, had to find another location as had urgent business meeting.

Accessibility was easy, very comfortable and clean

Lots of noise from above, could hear everything going on in the room.next door..and I mean EVERYTHING!!

Parking was difficult

Bathroom was small, but modern and clean. A small fan worked well, although it moved the day’s warm air. The price was good.

Breakfast was not supplied; there was no eating place within a 20 minute walk. That was disappointing; "self-catering” meant we had to find our own food, with no way of heating the items we had purchased from a supermarket before we arrived. No air-conditioning on the 30 degree day, no lift to the first floor, which was hard for us as elderly people with heavy luggage, a very small item I couldn’t call a refrigerator, a kettle, but only a single dirty teaspoon and two mugs that weren’t very clean; initially had to clean the toilet ourselves. A small, cramped room.
