Accommodations exclusively for families. Please note that there is a €35 charge for late check-in from 21:00 to 22:00. Check-in after 22:00 and until 23:00 is available only upon prior request, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of €50. The apartment is equipped with a sound pressure measurement and analysis device that is part of the WE RESPECT program of the city of Valencia. In the event that an excessive noise level is detected, the guest will be informed automatically and/or through an authorized agent of the program. Please be aware that the air conditioning temperature may be set for sustainability criteria within the range of 19-22°C in winter and 24-25°C in summer.
