Kingston Hotel 10 - Bukit Jalil

The process to get your access key are smooth, the hotel staff at the concierge are helpful. I like the room its spacious (deluxe room) and It is up to my preference, its comforting and clean.

It's better to have an elevator that are directly to the lobby, its a bit hard to get to the lobby from the basement parking since the elevator had problem.

Aircond ambil masa untuk sejuk. Air paip sinki tidak mengalir sipi-sipi je ke dalam sink. Towel tidak standard seperti hotel lain. Nipis, berbulu dan tidak menyerap air. Tv tiada siaran sebab antena rosak. Tiada kettle. Hanya ada 1 water dispenser kat centre lobby. Jauh dari bilik.
