Had a great stay here. The service was excellent, especially from Nana and Hana. They were very friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!!

The receptionist is open 24 hours. I chose to stay here for this reason.

At first glance, the room seemed acceptable. However, the problems started almost immediately. When I was about to take a shower, I realized there were no towels in the room. Since there was no room phone available, I tried contacting reception via WhatsApp and by phone, but received no response. I eventually had to go downstairs and request towels in person. There was no apology for the inconvenience, and my WhatsApp message was only answered afterward, entirely in capital letters. When housekeeping finally delivered the towel, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. I thanked the staff member, but received no response. Only one towel was provided, and it was extremely thin and of poor quality. The cleanliness was also disappointing. When I first lifted the toilet seat lid, I noticed visible urine splashes from a previous guest that had not been cleaned. This was unhygienic and made me question the property’s cleaning standards. To make matters worse, the location was not particularly convenient and was not within easy walking distance of most attractions or services. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, lack of attention to basic guest amenities, unresponsive staff, and unprofessional service. I would not choose to stay here again.
