"cozy, multi-room townhome set in historic area."

9.0

It is a very historic location and we are glad we had the opportunity to stay there. So convenient and also fascinating. There were 6 of us ( 3 couples) and it worked out well for us. Backed up to a historic cemetery and church. Made for a fun stay in Inverness.

As said before, it’s not easy for get togethers - the living room/kitchen are very separate. It worked fine for us as we were only there two nights and out most of the time. The master bedroom has a tub only - no shower.

"A cosy refuge on the doorstep of the NC500"

10.0

The location was perfect for accessing all that Inverness has to offer. The unexpected treat was that it is located right next door to Leakey’s bookshop. The retreat is well appointed and the facilities are well maintained.

"It was very comfortable and perfect for 3 couples."

10.0

It was centrally located in Inverness for a variety of food, entertainment, leisure strolls down the street or along the river.

Lots of steps (a challenge to get suitcases upstairs), but that also what gave it the vintage charm.

"Perfect location. Great Hosts"

10.0

This home is in a perfect location close to everything. Inverness is not that big so it’s an easy walk wherever you want to go. There are bars and restaurants nearby. Even a boots!

The front door and stairs are a little narrow but standard for Europe. Definitely not handicap accessible.

"Exceptional clean and unique accommodation close to city centre."

Location and small details that made it feel homey.

Orange curtains. A darker blind would be good for sleeping.
