Cosy Cheerful 2 Bedrooms Near Piccadilly, Etihad Stadium Sleeps up to 5

Nice modest little terraced house, clean and comfy for a one-night stay. Right beside the Etihad stadium - we weren't going there but I imagine if you were going to an evening football match, the location would be ideal

The code for the key box was not provided when it was supposed to be, so I had to contact the host and also Booking.com. In fairness, the host then sent the code promptly afterwards and also apologised

Perfect location for Etihad Stadium. Very clean and everything we needed for a short one night stay.

Nothing we didn’t like, however, a dodgy plug socket for the WiFi and TV meant that kept turning off. Access code to enter property sent a little late.

Cosy, comfortable and clean terrace house. We didn't spend a lot of time in the house as we had plans and were only staying for 1 night but the beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Our host was very helpful and attentive. One of my friends realised that he'd lost his bank card on our journey home but within about an hour I had a text saying that the cleaner had found it in the house and kindly agreed to post it to him. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again when I next visit Manchester.
