AUSpacious apartment, modern and building is very nice.
Be warned, this is a residential apartment building that is being used for short stay accommodation, and there are huge signs in the lobby telling you that this is ILLEGAL and making you feel like a criminal. The hosts make it very clear before check in that you are not to speak to the concierge or lobby staff (now I know it's because you aren't supposed to be staying there). One of the rooms in our apartment hadn't been cleaned, rings from a cup and toothpaste on the bathroom sink, a dirty towel left behind and a big stain on the sheet. Also there is no mattress on the bed, it is a pile of quilts on a hard wooden base and very very uncomfortable. I also didn't realize (and this is probably on me to do more research) that this apartment is quite far away from the main action in District 1 and traffic is a nightmare so took over an hour to travel into the main city area on a Friday night. We ended up leaving after one night to go stay closer to the city. This apartment might be ok for a family wanting to stay in a self contained space away from the noise and bustle of the city, but my expectations were definitely not met.

TRDKAll the apartment was wonderful, good quality in a great location with lits of thinhs to do, eat and shop nearby. the view was amazing.
I was only a bit disappointed that the gym was under maintenance and couldn'tbe used, and to use the pool you have to go there with someone from the staff so it makes it a bit difficult to coordinate and access. I think this kind of details should be in the description to know what to expect.
