Apartment was good as expected, comfortable beds, Internet worked well. however I could not switch on the TV.

Check-in procedure / instructions. I have been asking for check-in instructions since few days before check-in, however instructions were not sent to me until check in date agreed check in time 3PM, I contacted them again and at 3.10PM I received a document of 10 pages to go through, I was driving and I couldn't read it well, please try to send it at least few hours early as tenants need time to go through that document and be familiar with the self check-in procedure, also good to have a external photo of the building as there are several other buildings with Trefoil name and it is bit confusing. Also I was added to a wrong whatsapp group at midnight, sent several messages and disturbed my sleep and then removed me from that group without any apology, not very professional. And last but not least, there was a fire alarm at 3.30AM during our stay, it was announced by security to evacuate the building immediately using staircase, and the apartment floor was 30+, luckily they found the issue and the evacuation alarm was deactivated after 10-15 mins. (owner has nothing to do with the alarm, just sharing my experience)

So nice balcony view and super comfy and clean.

The air conditioner is not too cold. But its okay maybe the management can service it for the next guest.

Location is very stategic. Laundry and convenient store very nearby. Room very spacious , suitable for family trip
