Simple No 6- Trefoil Setia Alam- Near Setia Convention Centre

1. Strategic Area 2. Easy to Checkin & Checkout

1. Do more cleaning. Toilet got stain, room got dust & cockroach. 2. Pantry Lamp blinking (During staying whatapp host but no respond). 3. Do not have sofa as permention.

Super close to Setia City Mall.

1. Dirty-there’s a lot of used tissues (maybe from previous customer) and dust under the bed. 2. No enought hanger to hang clothes. Got only 1 hanger in 4people bedroom??? 3. Very slow wifi and smart tv was not set up in English. I couldn’t use the smart tv because of the setting 4. Difficult to find parking. It will be much easier if the host tell us the beam section (eg: i15, g10, e9) instead of just the parking number. There’s hundreds of parking there, so hard to find it on the floor 5. Late response from host. I messaged l through booking.com on the date I booked, host only response the night before our stay…took about 3-4 days to response

Location near with Setia city mall you can just walk. There’s some small shops in the trefoil building and the most important thing, i love the view from where i stay☺️ trefoil’s facilites like toilets are very clean.

No stove, no washing machine and not enough rug for toilet. We were given only 1 rug for bathroom.

The balcony view is nice The entrance is nice.

I think the toilet bowl must be attached to the shower because it will be easier for the pupils.No enough plugs, hanging the cloths, kitchen appliances and also the bed.
