Rustic, Basic Cosy Alpine Hut, in the middle of the Mountains but near road & Railroad

Set in a beautiful location, so cosy with excellent amenities.

Insect repellent is mandatory!! There were a number of flies inside the cabin, an unfortunate reality when staying in such a beautiful wild spot!

Cool, quirky little cabin.

Shower drain blocked.

Super relaxing place, love the fireplace and everything set up nicely for us to have a comfortable stay.

One side of the bed against the wall made things a bit difficult getting in and out. Lots of sandflies at dusk so make sure not to open the door or window during this time. Also make sure to regulate the fireplace properly or you may find things too hot to get to sleep.

It was a great little place and everything was just super for us!! Thank you we hope to come again sometime. The record player was a lovely touch. The wood box was lots of fun for the fire. It was just great.

Nothing comes to mind. It was great.

Loved the wood-burning stove and the owner cheerfully chopped up more logs for me when he saw me pick up the axe. It made the whole place feel toasty and warm. Also, there's a little orchard to wander around in.

Had everything I needed no surprise as had been well informed by host.
