Kaia Penthouse, waking up to the sound and smell of the ocean

The balcony view was lovely.

The penthouse is stunning with gorgeous views of the sea. Everything you could think of is in the Penthouse making the stay very comfortable with lots of space. Was very relaxing. The master bedroom had a sea view and a balcony outside where you could sit and have a coffee. We had 2 dogs with us and appreciate being in such a lovely place that allowed dogs. Thank you

It is on the top floor so if you don't do stairs well then bear this in mind. The area around the penthouse also has steep roads and pavements. It was great to have an info folder, just didn't see it straight away so would be useful to be left out

Very clean, spacious and amazing location. Spent most of my time on the balcony listening to the sea.

Not that I didn't like but would of loved a king size bed.

The 51 steps, my mum found challenging. As she suffers with asthma. But She loved the sea view

Kaia Penthouse is in a superb location, close to the seafront and with wonderful views from the balcony. The apartment is very clean and has all the necessary facilities and more. Karen was a delight to deal with and kindly arranged our discounted Wightlink ferry passage. She also gave us good local food recommendations. We absolutely loved the 'Smoking Lobster', an Asian inspired seafood restaurant located a very short walk from the apartment. It isn't your cheapest food option but the quality and presentation of the food was stunning and the service was excellent.

There was nothing that we didn't like. If I were pushed to say something, it's that vehicular access to property is tight and I'd advise visitors to approach it from the seafront.

Everything! Just fabulous…especially hearing the sea at night.

Situated overlooking the beach and within walking distance of all the facilities of Ventnor - excellent restaurants and a great seaside pub. The apartment was comfy, well equipped and the perfect spot to watch the world go by below. Ventnor gets the most sunshine in England and so it proved for us. While over the Solent they were in cloud and rain we were looking out on a sunny seascape with swimmers and walkers. We loved it.
