The location is very good, it is very easy for grab car

However, the washing machine is out of order before our journey, the kettle is very dirty, the shower closet is broken, we have to report to the owner and wait for repair. So it is not a good experience at all

It's spacious as an Airbnb (serviced apartment), around 1000sf. Surprisingly it provides four double-beds, though in the booking ads, it mentioned suitable for 3adults. 2 beds are placed att the living hall next to the window. There are two bedroom (both with sliding doors) with 1bed each, one with window view with attached bathroom, the smaller one with any window, but comes with a entrance to the common bathroom next to it. They even provide a washing machine, and also fridge. Kitchen is not suitable for cooking, only to heat your food (a microwave is provided) Basically the whole unit is painted in pinky color, to suit the Hello Kitty theme. Overall very satisfied with the price (we booked a one night stay on Friday), and it's conveniently accessible to many shops in the surrounding, and only lesser than 10mins drive to the other town area (Concubine Lane side). We are vegetarian, there's a Oriental Vegetarian restaurant just 4mins walking distance from this accommodation, so superb for us.

There handle for shower is loosen, hence not able to hang the shower head and take bath conveniently. The other thing is, I think the beds has bugs on them, coz we felt itchyness on and off, though not a serious one.

Location. Clean. Spacious. Good view.

No side table or drawers on the side of the main bedroom.

Great shower, hot and good water pressure! Good view of mountains from the room, bed was comfortable and towels were very luxurious. Cute theme and spacious apartment.

The washing machine is a bit temperamental but does work. No dryer tho. A bit far from the main attractions, but grab into the city centre is only 5RM. There is a bar or club near by and music is super loud. No place to store luggage, we went to Ipoh train station and got a locker for 10RM for the entire day, much better than the 10RM P/H hotel wanted in a location no where near the hotel.

The instruction given was very clear and precise. They provide 3 Queen and a twin beds, can easily sleeps 8

The locker malfunction. have to call the management to open the vault and that delayed our check-in for almost an hour
