Location is great and the space is big.

Bath towels do not absorb water. Toilet paper is not enough.

My niece enjoy the hello kitty theme. Spacious apartment. Great location.

Tedious check in. Have to wait 30 min because key to mailbox has issue. Lucky the attending guy is courteos. Tedious check in process where you need to give license. Although host realised we check in late with issue during check-in, there is whatsapps reminding asking to inform time to check out. No big deal but it is annoying.

But have small incident happen that regarding key card. After checkout I received few calls from the office ask me about key card. Because the owner keep mention that they give us 2 set key card but in letter box only 1 set. Because of this, they keep call me the 2nd set key card and suspect I loss the key card. End up is the staff mistake.

Location is very convenient. The place is clean.

Limited toilet paper, we have to purchase additional for the 5D4N stay. Tower provided is not made of cotton (polyester type?) so it is difficult to wipe body dry.

Although daughter and wife is not a Hello Kitty person, just love the colour and theme
