"The location is great and if the sewage problem is fixed, it would have been a perfect stay."

The convenience.

The sewage smell is a real issue in the whole apt. And there’s a puddle of water in the master bedroom’s bathroom leaking from the ceiling which is quite dangerous as I almost slipped & fell.

"Great host and location but..."

Great location and spacious. Communication with host was exceptional.

The bath towels are not absorbent. The leaky hot water is a slip and burn hazard especially with young children. The sewage smell that seems to waft through at random times but heavy smell at night.
