A very comfortable, well equipped apartment, only a few meters from the sea and situated in the heart of Barmouth, close to the Co-op, great pubs and the train station. The owners have renovated and decorated the place with great charm and character.

The eight birth apartments only had one toilet but the owners are working on a second bathroom. The smallest bedroom lacks clothes storage furniture and mirrors generally are in short supply, close to plugs. The bath is on a slope which makes having a shower challenging but young, fit people would not find this a difficulty.

Comfortable modern home with lots of homely touches.

Location was good. The property was clean , well furnished and decorated , with complimentary local tea, coffee and cake. Very touching. Liked the beddings and all small details like photos etc. Lovely.

I found showering dangerous. The shower is over the bath which is fine , however, the side where the bath naturally makes an angle ( opposite the taps) which puts you in position you could not really step firmly on it. I slid few times almost got out of the bath (luckily my sense of humour made me laugh ) but one of the kids found this not this funny. They have provided some small matts for the floor but funnily this made it even more slippery. Would advise to think of some solution of this as someone might break a leg or so and this would be a trouble. Apart of this , the property is lovely and i would go back again if need be , just will take a bath instead of a shower. 😃 Thank you for your accommodation and hospitality.

It is in a prime location, right in the middle of town. The Christmas Tree was a nice touch
