Fantastic location, clean and comfortable. It was great to have parking permits for two cars. Everyone in the group wants to stay again

Would have loved a second shower, but that was because we were a group of 6 who had just done a crazy race!

"A nice base for a family weekend in Barmouth"

Great location, comfortable and a nice selection of bits to take the beach. Good communication with the owner before and during the stay.

The rules in the apartment state that you have to strip all the beds and collect up with all the towels into a bag on the landing before departure, which we found a little surprising, in addition to the usual taking out the bins and cleaning up behind you. This took the shine off the weekend a little.

"Highly recommend!"

Hard to explain just how friendly, welcoming and helpful the owner is. Really went over and above for us. The apartment is right in the centre and a short wander to the beach. The noise of the centre wasn’t a problem because when you close the windows, the sound insulation is really good.

The space was excellent. And well equipped with everything. With a fully stocked kitchen, iron hairdryer towels, extra pillows, and blankets, Fans in every bedroom. And much more.

Could do with a shower cubicle instead of a bath. Or a shower head that reached out bit more . Although the shower worked as it should.

Property is in a convenient, central area. Very well equipped and homely. Car parking is nearby and the parking pass provided was a bonus. All areas of the property were clean and well presented.
