Freshly filled hot springs swimming pool right at our doorstep. Staff went over and beyond to make us comfortable, offering us a room change when the one we were staying in had a sewage issues. The location is remote, with beautiful view of the mountains and right on the lake front.

Plan ahead, as it is at the very end of the world, so maybe difficult with transport back south. We were lucky to join other travellers and shared a ride with them.

Great space, excellent service, highly recommended. I went there alone, and the place was very comfortable for someone like me who is not used to sleeping alone. It was very cozy. However, I have a couple of suggestions: please consider providing 24-hour security and enhancing the coziness to further improve comfort. Additionally, the access road to the villa, which is about 200 meters long, would benefit from having streetlights installed for better visibility.

Picture perfect. Really good bathroom. Great to arrive late pm then do the Valcano Jeep tour early morning.

The hut has very little furniture, the valley has a fly problem so during the day it can be unpleasant, great for 1 night. The road to the hotel is bad so arrive during daylight.

Property all it’s still look’s new, clean and bed was good! Because they just did grand opening on July. No need AC, the breezes so freshly, and pool it’s really nice water hot spring and spoiled with amazing view. Really need more longer for stay!😃😃

Might the room have the hanging fan if haven’t AC, because lots fly go inside to room.🤭

- Very noisy. Room doors have a big gap on the sides - INFESTED WITH FLIES. Forget about being outdoors during the day. - They need to put fly nets for the rooms. Improve the washroom shower head and sink. - The room smells bad. - The way to it is rough sandy They are new and need improvements

The staff is amaizing! Adi is a volcano star and symbolises the kindness off Balinese People. Stunning view! Lovely natural Hot Pool! You must clumb the volcano when here. Just ignore the flies and kill them!

The location next to the lake overlooking the mountains is amazing. Having the thermal pool is fantastic. Also in-house kitchen for basic meals is great and prices reasonable. The staff did a great job to cater for me, being vegetarian. My breakfast veg noodles in the 3rd pic.

There was no hot water in the shower. It's supposed to be direct from the thermal source and take about 10mins. Didn't happen even after running the water for 15mins and completing my shower after that. No fan insider villa, so there no way to have ventilation. The door does not have insect screen, so cannot have fresh air without an infestation of flies. This was a problem. Can be easily fixed with a screen door.
