the view is amazing, the staff is very friendly, lovely hotspring pool, we have firepit on the night time, nice thing's because it's freezing during the night

This is a spectacular spot to relax and enjoy a magnificent lake side view. The best thing about this place is the pool with hot water coming from the natural vulcanic springs. You could literally stay in the pool all day!

Breakfast could have some more variety like pancakes, scrambled eggs or toast.

Staff were wonderful, the location was amazing, the view and the hot spring pool was fantastic and well worth the trip. the accommodation was basic but you get what you pay for, it was clean and comfortable. . flies are annoying but you will get this anywhere in this region, not the hotels fault, take fly spray. Putu the manager is very helpful and can organise a driver if you ask. They lit a fire at night time, flies gone by sunset.

We would have liked a fridge in the room and fly spray provided.

The hot spring pool and open till night

We recently stayed at this newly opened place and were truly impressed. The view from the property is incredible, with stunning vistas of the lake and mountains that captivate you. Soaking in the hot spring at sunrise was a memorable experience. The a la carte breakfast offered three fresh and well-prepared options, all of which were excellent. We sampled all the dishes and enjoyed each one. I suggest having breakfast early, as the outdoor setting attracts flies later in the morning. We dined around 7:30 am, which was perfect. The staff's kindness and high level of service were remarkable. Despite our late arrival, they made every effort to arrange a driver for my husband at 4 am the next day. Their dedication was greatly appreciated. The property is wonderfully secluded, offering a serene escape. However, please note that there is no local taxi service, so arranging a driver in advance is necessary for getting around. The rooms are new. Equipment is basic, but it is exactly what you want when staying in nature. The evenings are cold, so a jumper is needed and a warm pyjama. Overall, this retreat is a fantastic choice for a peaceful escape with incredible views and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this place. The staff were so lovely and friendly. For a place that has only just opened they have everything figured out. Will definitely be visiting again if I come back to the area.
