Nothing.

The place was filthy, looks nothing like the pictures provided. The staff weren't helpful at all, the location is also horrible. I went there with my family for a nice and comfortable stay while in Birmingham enjoying the German markets. As soon as we entered the property we knew that it was going to be a disappointment. We had to find another accommodation at short notice with no help from the hosts. I have never stayed anywhere like that in my life. Stained bedsheets, dirty shower, dirty toilet, unknown stains on bedside table and also on the cooker and kitchen counter.
