Alexander 1211 Beachfront Condo with Direct Beach Access, 2 Pools, Sauna, Gym

The property is located right on the beach as described. Very clean. Wonderful pool two poolsl, as well as two Jacuzzi.Beautiful Decor Parking attendance was awesome.!!

My sign in welcome experience was horrible lady at the desk named Lara. was very uninviting, very short, with her conversation, did not greet me in a welcomeing way.I asked her a few questions about my deposit. Should I pay with the same card? A different card, she replied, "Don't know anything about your cards." Did not give me instructions. Clear on how to get to my room. She spoke hurriedly as if I was annoying her. I got out of her line and got in the line of the other receptionist. 3 people were ahead of me. However, she had a pleasant big smile on her face. Welcome me to Alexandria Hotel. I asked her, "Could she please give me the instructions on how do I get to my room?" She wrote it down for me. Even compliment me on my last name.Being (love) told me she hoped that I enjoyed my stay completely opposite of Laura.She was pleasant throughout my Entire visit couple times asked her about nearby restaurant.S she gave me instructions for that.As well as access to the beach.Just a wonderful experience talking to her.Thank God I only interacted one With Laura once because her attitude cause me not to return to that hotel. First impressions are very important. If I had not already paid to stay there, her greeting alone would have made me walk away.. Thank God for the other receptionist on duty was a saving Grace she was absolutely amazing.

Great location other than amount of traffic to get to the area combined with amount of construction in area.

Staff was a little abrasive at times, most were not very friendly. Some rules were unclear and really unnecessary (for example, shoes to/from pool and bathing suits covers for some people but others walked right by with same attire no problem). Walls in room were dirty, scuffed, and not well maintained for the appearance this hotel was trying to maintain. Balcony floor was very dirty and didn’t appear to be cleaned between guests at all.

We loved the location, the beach was fantastic and the pool area and the bar was lovely.

The air conditioning in the lobby of the hotel was outrageously high and it was freezing, although in the apartment we were able to regulate the air. The apartment is comfortable, though I was surprised not see have a few basic things in the kitchen--for example, a kitchen towel, oven mitts, floor mop, and cleaning utensils to keep the apartment clean.

The place is central and good beach access. i loved the view from my balcony. the pools were very clean and very well designed, not forgetting the front desk staff, very good. mike.

i wish there was a hotel operating in the premise.
