Management was not releasing the keys because the room was not ready and the front desk advised that they were not told the same time I was told that the room would be ready.

The location near the beach was good and we had a parking lot nearby. The people at the valet parking were helpful, and the restaurant called Mess were extremely nice. Some of the people serving the pool bar were very friendly, but some were not.

The apartment needs some renovation. Check-out is at 11 a.m., but people from housekeeping showed up earlier and started cleaning when we were still inside. Some people in the reception (including security) were unfriendly.

The host was very responsive when I called her concerning the absence of towels and the hair left all over the back wall of the bathroom shower. However the cleaning crew leaves much to be desired. The view from our balcony was gorgeous and was a great start to the day watching the water with a cup of coffee.

This unit seems out of place with its surroundings. I’m sure at one time it was nice but it is in need of repair and updating. The pictures are not a good representation of the unit. It needs a thorough cleaning and painting to start with there is no attention to details such as In the kitchen there is no stopper for the kitchen sink which made it hard to wash dishes. The cups and coffee pot were very small and there were no tall drinking glasses Usually when you book a apartment there are some condiments available this had absolutely none. We left lots of extras. The furniture was very worn but I realize that happens to rentals but it can be maintained. We had to call for towels because there were only 2 face towels along with many large towels in the whole unit. Between the bad lighting , peeling paint and dirty walls. I do not feel as if we got our money’s worth.

Fantastic views, lots of space. Good location and handy for the free trolley stop. Pool area was lovely midweek and great access to the beach. Security were friendly.

No plugs for any of the sinks so couldn’t run a bath or fill sink to clean dishes. The coffee table was massively dangerous and injured 5/6 of our party. Glass so difficult to see and the edges were chipped meaning when you did walk into it you got cut. Lots of wardrobe space but only around 20 hangers for an accommodation that sleeps 8. The pool was taken over at the weekend by drunk teenagers are eating in the pool. Would avoid weekends in the future.

The hotel itself was beautiful! The amenities were amazing. The adult pool itself provided a chill space for us the entire trip and having access to the beach was a nice feature. The staff was friendly and accommodating from the front desk, the tiki bar, and security. The room was spacious and perfect for a group of five. The beds were clean and comfortable. The couches were a nice size and clean. Everything was well stocked and ready to go for us. The balcony was a great way for us to get some fresh air and see a nice view.

Our busy schedule made waiting for the elevators inconvenient. There was no known access to the lobby with stairs.
