Location easy to fiend it

The building itself is new, modern, and nicer. Good location (near stuff yet quiet). The rooftop pool/bar is nice as well with staff very nice. Guillermo who is the bartender up at the pool is awesome. AC was great though in the unit. Which can sometimes be hard to find in Mexico.

Issues were with the management of the unit (not the building) - no check in instructions were provided, wasn’t even told the apartment number or the code to get in. I had to text the contact on WhatsApp when we arrived to even know. They also didn’t provide any info (like WiFi or anything) we ended up just looking around for the router to connect. I also have a short term rental property and that info is sent the morning of check in and I provide a full guide of everything. - WiFi stopped working halfway through the stay. I messaged the contact about it and they said there were “area network issues.” However, the building wifi in the pool and lobby worked so I don’t know how truthful that was. It never worked again during our stay so from Friday afternoon through Sunday we had no WiFi. I checked in two additional times (once a day) to see if there was any update on WiFi. Contact ended up not even responding after the second time I asked for an update. - dirty dishes (not a huge deal, we know how to wash dishes) but it was just clear that they don’t check the dishes before putting them away.

Unit had just the very basics supplied

The location is great for beach and restaurants. The condo is spacious and we enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. Wifi was good. Supermarket was only 4 blocks away. Taxi stand nearby. One beach chair was included.

The host did not meet us at the property and we could not get in touch with him. I called Booking.com and the system kept hanging up on me. I had to call the International number (a $51 phone bill) and they could not get ahold of a host. They promised to call me back in 30 minutes wait time to get another place to stay and they did not. But the host (a property management company-Happy Address) finally showed up an hour later. So make sure the phone number/email you are given works before you go. Host said he would come back with hand soap and dish towels, didn't happen in 3 weeks. A/C makes loud clunking noise but we said we would deal with it. It should be fixed after we left.

Location is excellent. The apartment is a really good size and so clean. The rooftop pool is lovely and has a bar.

The apartment had the smell of mildew and there was a water leak under the sink.

Great location and spacious living area and bedroom. Would recommend. Spa on the balcony (private) and on the rooftop (shared) is also great.

View is a large windowless wall of the apartment / hotel next door. Including basic amenities e.g. Salt, oil, laundry soap etc would improve the place.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was close to everything if you don’t mind touristy things. The pool area is lovely.

Our guest host sent a few texts before our arrival. Standard , canned texts. Then, when we arrived we had questions. It took him a long time to get back to us and didn’t answer all of our questions. I asked for the safe code, never heard back. The beach is hard to get to and there’s no place to sit. They charge $863 pesos per person for a chair.
