GBFantastic property, the longer I was there the more I liked it! Full of character and charm, very spacious and comfortable. Superb location and surprisingly peaceful. Owners were incredibly helpful providing useful information on request before we even arrived

Difficulty finding parking on arrival, but easy to navigate in and out once we had found it.

GBBeautiful little cottage in quiet street just off town centre. Bed comfort is a difficult one as we are all different so comfortable enough for 2 nights (double bed) but too soft for more while my friend's single bed was too short for her! Kitchen seemed well enough equipped though we only used kettle & crockery, couch & chair OK short term, heating & lighting good. The place is generally very clean.
The shower - unusable, dangerous even going from boiling hot to freezing cold in10 seconds continually. This was pointed out in 2 previous reviews (Feb & March) & had this been checked prior to arrival it would have been obvious. Communication with owner via B.com stated will be sorted straight away, wasn't, no further updates Parking - NOT guaranteed! There's a parking permit for the retirement home (next door) car park, first come first serve & it's a very small car park! As in previous reviews only towel rail to heat bathroom, no where to hang clothes, plenty of towels with 2 soft & others stiff & hard sadly As in other reviews dining set seems to be a fold away patio set, very uncomfortable Description reads 'outdoor dining area' - if this is important to you look closely at photo In comparison to other places I have stayed - 'welcome pack' was non existent
GBA very pretty old property, nicely furnished and comfortable. The host was very helpful when we rang for extra directions.
The kitchen needs a bit of a check over as there is some clutter under the sink and in the larder. A few of the crockery items needed a wash before using. Neither of these points were too much of a worry but we were concerned by the comments in the instruction booklet that we should be sure not to use any extra towels and ‘please do not steal anything’. I found that a bit unwelcoming!
