Spacious renovated 4br downtown home w firepit sleeps 8+

I like the location. Short walk to downtown area or local winery down the road. At night was a little creepy walking back from downtown but there were a lot of us. We enjoyed having a fire pit and a nice yard to sit outside in the evening.

The some of the beds were not very comfortable.

Plenty of room! There were 3 different sitting areas indoors, 4 porches, including the front upstairs being closed in. We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit.

Overall property was great. Truly only complaints were there were no fans in the upstairs rooms and there was no full length mirror.

the house is nicely renovated, beds are comfy, instructions are nice and clear. good communication with host. great place to stay in st augustine

4 bedrooms for 4 women. Great! Nice kitchen with Keurig coffee pot and pods supplied (10) 1 bedroom downstairs with private bathroom. And 1 half bath beside it. Upstairs 3 bedrooms and only 1 full bath. Contacted owner after our stay to suggest new shower heads and her maintenance guy replaced them that day, along with light bulbs we reported were out.

Would be nice if the advertised fire pit in the back was gas....it was wood burning..and we didn't want to mess with that! It was cool evenings when we were there!

Loved the location and the size. There is plenty of room to spread out.

Everything was just as advertised. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The water pressure in the downstairs bathroom was very weak.
