The property is in a good location as advertised.

The property is in poor condition. This includes soiled mattresses, damaged furniture, broken BBQ, broken tiles, broken plug sockets, broken cupboard doors, termite droppings, loose wires where there should be smoke detectors, stained/marked walls and is generally in need of significant refurbishment.

Loved the layout of this home. Large living spaces on both first floor and second floor perfect for big families. Lovely interior and Comfortable beds. Good location although was a bit too far for us to walk to St George St. Host was wonderful and responded immediately to every question and request!

It was a bit run down looking on the outside and it was hot inside when we checked in. Took awhile to cool down. No ice in freezer so had to go out and buy some while waited for ice maker.

We really liked the number of bedrooms and even had 3 living/sitting areas in addition! I also liked that it had no carpet.

Needed a few more hangers.

"Great place in a good location!"

It was a lovely house close to town but in a quiet neighborhood. The fire pit in the backyard was a nice place to end a busy day with a glass of wine.

there was nothing to dislike about it.

The location is excellent, very close walking distance to historic downtown. Didn't have breakfast but the Blue Hen is located right around the block from the property. I would definitely recommend the property.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, I corresponded with the host who was extremely nice and pleasant. There is no question that I will be booking the property again in the future. The gusts that were with me will also agree that the property is top notch.
