The location was convenient. I don’t however understand why it’s advertised as being located at the V&A Waterfront, when it’s not within walking distance to it

The property management company were unprofessional. Firstly it advertised that parking is available on site but I was then advised that I had to park on the street. I cancelled my car rental only to find out that there was parking available in the basement. Also, you have pay exorbitant rates if you park in the street. I was asked about my arrival time 4 times and replied every time. It didn’t however make a difference as the keys were left with the front desk which operates 24/7. I then couldn’t figure out the Aircon and when I asked for help, they couldn’t help me. I was supposed to pay a breakage deposit, but they never came to fetch the money. It was only the day we checked out that a different lady came around. She was more helpful. I didn’t use the cleaning service, but thought it’s very expensive to pay R600 for a small apartment.
