Chic Uptown Home with Pool Table and Perfect Location

The washer and dryer in the unit is always a plus for me. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The second floor was a great area for the family to hang out.

The door needs a light as you cannot see the keypad at night.

Great location where you are close to restaurants and shopping, close to major highways to get anywhere in Phoenix, close to coffee - Starbucks across the street. Wifi was fast and rooms were very comfortable. Upstairs is a kitchen with all your needs and TV area for sitting and table for working and a pool table for fun! The host were very helpful and provided support and were very quick to respond with answers to questions. Recommend highly!

Maybe a motion detector would help when you come to the front door at night. Having light at the door to put in the code would help when you have full hands.

The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had a small issue at check-in, which they resolved—even on New Year’s Eve. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including coffee pods and welcome snacks. The location was great, with nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance and a quick drive to downtown and other activities. We had a great stay overall.

The kitchen was a bit tight, but not a big issue. The stairs didn’t have hand rails- would be great especially if there are elderly people staying over.

We stayed for 8 nights. It was very clean and a very good location for us.

This property was one that I had saved that I was considering booking, and I accidentally booked it because of the name was similar to another property that I actually had already booked and was staying in. My 10 year-old daughter was helping me with the bookings and when I was looking to extend my stay she accidentally booked this one. It took me a little bit of time to figure out that it was a whole different property because their names were so similar, but It was booked and she had no refund policy, but was so gracious to refund my money and I’m so grateful that she did so and in the future, I hope to stay at this property. I’m sure me and my family would enjoy staying there. She was very polite on the phone and again I’m so grateful that she was willing to refund my money so thank you again and looking forward to staying at your property sometime soon.
