"It was fine enough. Good, not great."

It was a great home-base for our time in Charlotte.

We saw quite a few bugs in the house during our stay. Also, the large AC unit in the hallway leaked like crazy so we couldn’t turn it on to use. It was fine enough, but having a larger AC unit would’ve been better than trying to stay cool with just the window units in the rooms. There are also A LOT of weird rules. Like “put the remote controls back in their place”. I am also an Airbnb host and I get trying to mitigate loss, but I would never.

We really enjoyed our stay. A quiet area. The host was kind with clear communication. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. It was also close to great restaurants and shops. We will stay here again!

We loved the dewellings except for the 1 bathroom. We are both over 50 and may possibly need 2 bathrooms 🫣. But we loved having the luxury of home. The list of recommendations of what's nearby was so thoughtful. The decor was warm and inviting. Will use this again and we'll just make do with the 1 BR!

Just that there was only 1BR. That's all.

It was in a great location.

It had a roach and it was cold really cold I tried to use the space heaters but it was still very cold and the power went out in one room it was a mess
