Cleaning service very bad...

Gosh ..has told Ms. Icha and shown a few pictures of the room we stayed has the following issues : 1. Insects crawlies around 2. Queen size bed is rather old in used and centre of bed sank in. 3. Mattress , pillows covers , sheets ..all seems to have smell. Looks like not change much. 4. Beleived a smoke detector faulty cos is covered with plastic sheet ? 5.Toilet already have Urine smells 6. Bedboards / light tops fills wirh much dirt .. Perhaps agents to do more frequents checks on cleaning contractor engage to ensure strict protocol adhered . This is the worst so far due to insects / crawlies around. Will just shared some photos for understanding. Hope they improve on mentioned.

The weather, which has nothing to do with the unit

The experience at my recent stay here was consistently disappointing from start to finish. The only redeeming factor was the view, which, to be fair, has nothing to do with the unit itself. Notably, the lady staff assigned to pass the room keys was severely lacking in basic manners. No welcome greeting, no smile just stern reminder not to be late when checking out. Starting with the basics, the car park is very poorly maintained. Signage is confusing and inadequate, making it unnecessarily frustrating just to find your way around. Worse still, the car park lobby had a noticeable stench, which already set a bad tone before even reaching the room. The lighting along the room corridors felt dim and uninviting, not exactly the kind of atmosphere you want when arriving for a stay, especially with family. The room itself was a major letdown. It was dull and looked nothing like the photos advertised. While the bedsheets appeared clean, there was a murky, unpleasant smell that made it hard to feel comfortable. The bathroom water pressure was inconsistent, which made showering frustrating. To make matters worse, the hairdryer wasn’t functioning, and the TV channels weren’t even set up. Overall, the unit felt poorly maintained, as if only kept at a very basic, mediocre standard. Frankly, both my kids and I felt quite uncomfortable during the stay. Definitely not an experience I would recommend, especially for families expecting a clean and welcoming environment. To the operators of this unit, you have a lot of work to do
