The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a stay. It is even better than shown in the photographs. It’s is comfortable and warm with good WiFi. The location is excellent, on the edge of the historic Centre with lovely restaurants on the doorstep and easy walking to everything. There is a bus stop outside as well as parking. Francesco was a very friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back to stay.

Spacious apartment, with enough amenities. Very clean, the host was super easy to reach, great location. Access to the apartment was easy, parking nearby was very convenient.

It was a bit hard to get the living room warmed up, since it was a colder period when we stayed there. If you go here end of autumn/early winter, I would recommend warm slippers.

the location was right out of the old town, so it was a quiet area but still close with parking possibilities. with the card from inside the apartment you can park outside for free

the check in process and getting into the flat wasnt easy even though i’ve stayed in a lot of different apartments already. there were not signs and numbers inside the buildings which made it also difficult to find the right apartment. the floor was dusty with hair

Comfortable and clean, equipped with style and it’s functional, air conditioned, everything we needed was there. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Check in and out very easy. It’s in the beautiful center in Modena, but apartment is in quite building. You get the free parking with a card that owner put on the desk when you arrive. That’s a very good gesture. And the public parking it’s on a street next to the house. It’s not hard to find, just look at the pictures of the stay. There is entrance on one. But before that there is gate that you open with app. But be careful when you use navigation, ours guided us at the very end trough the area with limited traffic. You need to go on Viale Vittorio Veneto. Navigation took us on Corso Canalchiaro to the property. The host is very friendly, we actually didn’t meet him in person but he responded quickly when we needed him. And free nespresso capsules. I highly recommend this place
