Location- good access by car, good parking (on the street), walking distance to city center. Large appartment (much too big for 4 persons;-), clean.

Just details for a city trip like ours: kitchen equipment like knife missing, windows view into the inner courtyard only (non-transparent curtains would therefor be appreciated). For some reason, the remote opening was working only for the street and building gate, the appartment door I could open only by entering the given code.

I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment in Modena fith my wife and kids. I can't praise it enough! From the moment we arrived, the experience was fantastic. The host was exceptionally helpful and informative, providing us with all the details we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities in the apartment were top-notch, with everything we could possibly need. The space was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals with ease. The location was also superb. Situated in a charming part of Modena, it was conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether you're planning a family visit or a weekend getaway with friends, this apartment is the perfect choice. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Modena. We had a memorable experience and look forward to returning in the future!
