An excellent hotel with great location. Top notch staff offering attentive service. The rooms were well furnished and modern and despite this is the oldest hotel in Madrid. When you see a pillow menu in the room, you know this hotel means business! Highly recommend to couples looking for a sophisticated stay.

The tub in bedroom took to much place of room . The alley location where local bars unusual for a five star hotel

Location was very good for us. Lots of options to eat nearby. We didnt eat or drink in the hotel but it looked very good. Rooms beds and linen lovely and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bedside radio put out too much light in the night. I moved it away.

Everything was very good. Slightly slow service in the bar, but it was very busy. No problem.
