We loved everything, from the moment we were greeted, we were made very welcome. Prince on concierge was amazing, made our trip very memorable. Our room was fantastic, it contributed to the perfect city break.

Exceptional customer service! The staffs are so nice and provide a warm and great personal customer service. The bed is very comfortable and quiet and the hotel location is excellent!

Very nice boutique hotel in the city center of Madrid ! Close by you can find plenty of nice restaurants and bars as well as shops ! The people of the hotel were very kind and the room was very nice also

Все было замечательно !

Немного не понравился сервис на завтраке было очень долго и не подходили официанты нужно быдо специально их звать
