Przyjechałem samochodem nowym. Podczas przekazania auta osobie która parkuje zrobiliśmy oględziny Auto było nowe. Na drugi dzień rano było jeszcze ciemno podstawiono mi samochód jak się okazało później samochód został uszkodzony. Personel nawet nie zweryfikował z osobą która parkował a ten samochód dzień Wcześniej. Tylko od razu wyparła się wszystkiego. Finalnie muszę sobie radzić z naprawą sam

Probably one of the BEST hotels we have ever stayed in. Absolutely outstanding. I’ve been very fortunate to have stayed in some of the top hotels in the world but this surpasses them all. Customer service and experience was off the scale. Everything about this hotel evokes 7 star luxury and attention to detail. The staff are incredible. Every single one of the team went out of their way to make a family break memorable in every way possible and that is a reflection of great leadership. Thank you so much. The staff, the pet friendliness, the history of the hotel, the bar is historic! When you enter the hotel you feel transported into a different age, where beauty matters.

The room was amazing, but a little bit on the small side.

Gorgeous facilities, comfy bed. Loved the pillow menu. Great breakfast, fantastic location. Super friendly and helpful staff.

The food service at breakfast was too intense. My plate was taken away as I was still eating my last mouthful. I know this is expected with American clients, but we are from the UK, and it made us feel rushed and under pressure. The pillows that were standard were very uncomfortable, but this was corrected on the second night using the pillow menu.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The stay was amazing! The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Stefian. I really enjoyed my time and I will come back again!

All night noise from bars opposite Doorman who took us to our room had very bad body odour
