It is in a good location, at walking distance from restaurants, stores, churches, palaces, etc. It has a local vibe.

The elevator rattles and doesn’t feel safe. The entrance to the apartment is awkward. The spiral stairs to the second room/bathroom is also awkward and uncomfortable to use, specially with luggage, and the bedroom is really a very small room with a murphy bed.

Een prachtig uitzicht over Sevilla vanaf het dakterras. Locatie is top. Bed comfortabel. Op zich prima voorzieningen. Locatie is geweldig qua sfeer en voldoende restaurantjes. Jesus heeft online goed gecommuniceerd.

Het was ronduit stoffig en vies. De föhn plakte haren aan. De kasten en lampen zijn stoffig. Douche schimmel. Plakkerige handgrepen in de keuken. Kapotte stoelen op het balkon bij de keuken. Geef dit appartement een opknapbeurt dat verdient het. Zeer weinig handdoeken voor 5 dagen. Begrijp de hoge scores niet van anderen als doorgewinterde reiziger.

La ubicación, vistas y sobre todo la disposición del anfitrión. Excelente la actuación de Carmen (limpiadora) que acudió a abrirme, una vez abandonado el apartamento, al haberme dejado el móvil en el interior. Muy agradecido.

No tenía pilas el mando a distancia de la TV.
