Appartamento moderno carino come in foto, ottima posizione anche per la movida serale

Servizio dello staff, non mi hanno fatto trovare l'appartamento che casco scelto e che avevo pagato dicendomi che altri ospiti per sbaglio avevano preso il mio🤦🏻‍♀️cosa che mi sembra assurda dato che il codice numerico della keyboard per prendere le chiavi dell'appartamento te lo inviano gli host nel momento del tuo arrivo! Mi sono sentita presa in giro, tra l'altro mi volevano propinare l'appartamento accanto che non aveva le stesse caratteristiche, dato che era solamente una stanza con un solo letto matrimoniale mentre l'appartamento che avevo preso io aveva un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto, e noi avevamo chiesto esplicitamente letti separati. Hanno provato a farmi rimanere in questo appartamento dicendomi che quello che avevi prenotato io si sarebbe liberato l'indomani. Non ho accettato queste condizioni, allora mi hanno fatta spostare in un altro appartamento con le stesse caratteristiche di quello che avevo preso in un altro civico della stessa strada, ma con la condizione che avrei comunque dovuto fare il check out alle 11 l'indomani perché questo appartamento era stato prenotato da altri ospiti il giorno dopo 🤦🏻‍♀️potete immaginare il mio fastidio, mi ha guastato la vacanza perché anziché godermi Budapest dovevo spostarmi da un appartamento all'altro! 3 stelle, per la mia esperienza, sono anche tante!

A kilincs nem volt jó a fürdőben, szerintem azt meg lehetet volna csinálni

Konumu şahane, her yere yürüme mesafesinde ama yerlilerin de kaldığı bir semt. Çok güvenli. Eve giriş konusunda detaylı anlatımlı video olması ise şahane. Kişisel concierge Marc ise çok yardımcıydı. Bir sorun olduğunda hemen ulaşılabilir olması çok güzel. Klima yetersiz gelebilir diye extra ısıtıcı olması hayatımı kurtardı diyebilirim.

En azından bir şişe su bırakılmasını isterdim.

Good location for sightseeing Lots of space and apartment had everything I needed

Location was fine, close to transport

Very small apartment, photos are unrealistic, no cooking facilities as advertised, only a microwave. Nothing for cleaning not even a dishcloth for washing cups or cutlery. Only 2 towels provided for a 5 night stay. Shower drain blocked & overflow onto bathroom floor. No live TV channels, only Apps. Storage all false, no pull out drawers for clothes, wardrobe wasn't even the width of a hanger. Loft style bedroom very low, so you wouldn't want to be tall. 3 types of access, building gate, inner gate & door fob, only one set so awkward if you want to do separate things. Lot of dirt behind sofa. Pillows awful, cheap & nasty & no support in any way, but bed not bad. No way of double locking door from inside as a safety precaution, keys didn't work in door. No safe. Outside courtyard filthy with rubbish & water from upstairs apts thrown over balconies onto steps.

We absolutely loved our stay. Would highly recommend. Staff so helpful if ever needed. Lovely and clean. We are 100% going to return. Location is perfect and no noise during evening

Nice and local, easy to get in! Absolutely loved the place. Right on the high street where all the buzz is but can’t hear a thing when you’re inside. Felt really safe too :)

Said it had a stovetop but couldn’t find it anywhere but it’s okay because we ate out anyway, and food was great all around.

Nos dieron otro alojamiento que no se correspondía con las fotos. Al llegar se metieron unos indigentes al edificio, pasamos mucho miedo. Al conseguir entrar al apartamento no había luz. Intentamos comunicarnos y llamamos a booking pero nadie nos respondió. Estamos muy decepcionados. Esto pasó hace 4 días y aún nadie se ha puesto en contacto con nosotros.No volveremos a utilizar sus servicios.
