Personal sehr schlecht. Man wollte uns nicht helfen bei Problemen. Mega unhöflich und der Ort sieht nicht sicher aus genauso wie die Wohnung. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Incredible value for what you get. The space was generous, modern, and peaceful. We appreciated the thoughtful extras like toiletries and great Wi-Fi. Would book again without hesitation!

The apartment was clean and tidy. The staff were prompt with answering any queries. The location was safe as a solo female traveller.

There was nothing not to like.

The location of the property was great, easy to check in and out and customer support/communication was great. The property is well looked after and in good condition.

I personally found the bedding could be improved. Both duvets and pillows were tiny, making rest difficult/uncomfortable. It would be nice to provide a small towel for when you come out of the shower, so you dont slip. There’s not much that can be done about this, but the appartment we used lacked natural light.

Its very clean and the support service is brilliant. There is just a little bit sunlight.

The unlocking system, I spent 15minutes because they didn’t gave me the correct code, it was very cold, my hands were hurting. The apartment is very dark, and even it has windows, it’s as if there are none. I felt claustrophobic
