"No Hot water, Extremely poor customer service/communication"

We arrived and there was no hot water. When we contacted the number on the booking to advise of this we were advised someone would be sent out. We waiting and noone came! We called back and didnt get a response! We had no choice to leave and book elsewhere. We are still awaiting a response despite this now being a week since check in, instead i am being bombarded with automatic emails about rate my stay and where to leave the keys!!

"Lovely Shane just some little things let it down"

Lovely layout

Unable to get in the shower as I'm 5ft and the panel was a minimum of 3.5ft, a plastic stool was there to stand on to get in but then you was unable to get out. No tv control in the bedroom

"the property was to quite a hi standard. the check in form was confusing"

Was told dress to collect keys but not informed it was a petrol station so it was hard to identify the location.

There was no toilet paper within the property. and the key pic up location was quite a distance from the property.
