Muy buenos restaurantes, linda playa, sin tantas algas. Muy buen café! Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias.

Los postres, en general, de los restaurantes podrian mejorar. Deberían limpiar constantemente la playa porque llega basura a la orilla.

The number of restaurants is great, you can eat in a different one each night. The food was absolutely amazing in the restaurants as was the decor. We loved the long strip of beach and it really gave you that desert island feel. There’s lots of things for everyone of all ages to do including yoga on the beach which was spectacular. The rooms were always very clean and the maids did a great job. Some of the staff really tried so hard to communicate, I felt awful not being able to speak Spanish so hope that the hotel can provide them with English lessons to make their job easier for them. I would definitely stay here again, it’s an incredible hotel.

Every time we went for food in the buffet, they forgot our drinks or gave us the wrong drink. It would be helpful if they had a notepad to write it down. It really ruined the experience for us because it happened every day. The Japanese restaurant was also really chaotic, we arrived 5 minutes before our table and watched as about 5 separate tables were seated before us, despite having arrived before them. The cocktails were really not good. The only decent ones were pina colada & mojito, they clearly didn’t know how to make any other cocktail. We had one margarita in one of the restaurants and I’m sure he put perfume in it because it tasted like floral acid. The activities aren’t very well promoted as I wanted to join the water aerobics but didn’t know when it was on each day. Some of the staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you, but some were so moody and couldn’t be bothered. The bathrooms by the pool could do with a touch up of paint and some fresh bins as they’re quite well used.
